Snakes and Sh!t

Arbreptiles.com is hosted by Lunarpages. Why am I mentioning this? Because it’s a self serving attempt to score a bit of cabbage for myself every now and then.
You see, I am also an affiliate of Lunarpages, and anyone who decides to use them for hosting and signs up through my link gets me a little kickback.

I don’t mind endorsing Lunarpages since I do use them myself. If the service was crap, I would be with another host.
And since I’m using them for hosting, and otherwise make little effort to use my site for profit, I decided that becoming an affiliate was a reasonable way to help this site pay for itself.

Lunarpages actually has a pretty sweet deal going for those looking for affordable hosting. I get unlimited space and bandwidth, and a ton of free features come with the account. You get Cpanel of course, adn Fantastico along with all it’s bells and whistles. You also get use fo $700 worth of additional software when I admit I’ve never gotten around to playing with.

You also get unlimited email addresses, parked domains, subdomains and MySQL databases. Well, to be perfectly accurate, the limit on these is set to 999 which is unlimited for all intents and purposes. I can’t imagine anyone setting up and using 999 email accounts simultaneously.

All this for $4.95 a month. It’s hard to beat that.
